Brownies

Det här behöver du:

• 2 ägg
• 2 dl strösocker
• 100 g mörk blockchoklad
• 100 g smör eller margarin
• 2 dl vetemjöl
• 1 1/2 tsk bakpulver
• 1 dl hackade valnöts- eller hasselnötskärnor

Så här gör du:

1. Vispa ägg och socker vitt och pösigt i en bunke.
2. Bryt chokladen i bitar och smält den tillsammans med matfettet i en skål över hett attenbad.
3. Rör ner äggsmeten i den smälta chokladen.
4. Blanda mjöl, bakpulver och nötter i en skål och rör ner det i chokladsmeten. Rör smeten jämn och fin.
5. Smörj en form ca 20*25 cm och häll i smeten. Grädda kakan i 175 °C i 30 min. Låt kakan svalna innan du skär den i rutor.

Dryckförslag:

Kaffe, te eller som i USA, ett glas kall mjölk.

Kakan går utmärkt att frysa.

Tips:

Byt ut nötterna mot hackad mandel eller garnera kakorna med hyvlade mandelspån.
